The Objective Dashboard aggregates every project mapped to one objective. Access it via the Objective Dashboard Link column in the Objective Intake Sheet.
If this dashboard shows the wrong data, the cause is almost always filters. Objective dashboards are built by copying a template, and each report and chart carries both a cluster filter and an objective filter. See Creating a New Objective and Objective Dashboard.

Note the threshold difference. Project-level dashboards surface Very High & High risks; objective and above surface Critical & High. Worth confirming these map to the same Risk Matrix values — the labels differ between levels.
