The Status Sheet
Setting overall project health and the path back to green.
The Status sheet is where the Project Leader records overall project health. It's short — two fields do the work.
Column colours
Grey — automatic via Control Center, formulas, or cell linking. Do not edit.
White / Yellow — manually updated.
Getting there: via the Project Folder, the Status icon on the Project Dashboard, or the hyperlink in any other project sheet.
Managing status
RAG — assign an overall health rating to the project.
Path to Green — a brief plan describing the current status and how it will be returned to Green.
Path to Green greys out and becomes optional when RAG is Green. If RAG is Red or Yellow, it's expected.
This is what feeds the dashboards. The Latest Project Status panel on the Project Dashboard, and the health charts at objective, cluster, and portfolio level, all read from here. A stale Status sheet makes every dashboard above it wrong.
