# What to Do If You Have a Problem

## How to log a ticket for Hive, Vault, or Grid — and which category to choose

We have a ticketing support system for **Hive**, **Vault**, and **Grid**.

[Submit a support request →](https://7bbat3.share-ap1.hsforms.com/2wwJm6xD4QE-nGSittdZL1g)

The system administrators will respond promptly.

### Which category should I choose?

There are four categories you can lodge a request under:

| Category | Use it when |
| --- | --- |
| **Data issue** | The system itself works, but the information displayed is wrong. |
| **System issue** | The platform isn't working as expected. |
| **Change request** | Nothing is broken — you need an addition or modification. |
| **General inquiry** | You need guidance or have a question. |

### Suggestions are welcome

We want this system to be about continuous improvement. **If you have a suggestion to improve the platform, please log a ticket.**
